X‑Platform Clients: Overview
X‑Platform provides a set of applications which function as runtime clients for both Agents and Customers.
The leading clients are summarized below, with references to more details about their operation.
AI Agent Application: This application client uses U-Assist to assist and guide call center Agents to productively manage conversations and resolve issues for your Customers, using advanced AI-based features and automation. For details on configuring this application, click here.
U-Self Serve Application: This application client uses U-Self Serve to enable a Customer to run AI-based, self-service Flows that support multi-mode access on their mobile or web devices. For details on configuring this application, click here.
Mobile Web Application: This client enables Customers to access and run self-service Flows on various mobile devices. For details, see Mobile Web Client.
Web Self-Service Application: This client enables Customers to run self-service Flows directly from an organization's website. For details, see Web Self Service Client.
Agent Application: This application client enables call center Agents to quickly and efficiently manage Customer interactions. For details, see Agent Application.
The X‑Platform also provides an abridged version of the Agent Application that only provides History information for a selected Flow. For details, see Access to Agent Application History.
