Viewing and Updating Your Account Information
The Account Information page provides access to key details about your account, like company name, contact information, account type and subscription attributes. It also enables you to connect to your Uniphore AI data.
The information on the Account Information page is initially entered by the System Administrator when your account is created.
You access the Account Information page from the X-Console Account menu by clicking Account Information.
Updating Account Information
You can edit some of the settings on the Account Information page, as needed.
If you wish to update a setting on the page which cannot be edited by you, please contact the Uniphore support team.
When you are finished updating the page, click Save at the lower right corner of the page to store your changes. To exit the editing session at any time without saving changes, click Cancel.
Details Tab
The Details panel holds the primary identification information for your account.
After account creation, some of the fields on this tab can be updated by anyone with Account Admin (or higher) privileges.

The following information is maintained on the Details panel:

Organization Name | The name of the organization or company that maintains the account. | |
X‑Platform Tenant ID | The unique X‑Platform ID assigned to the organization that maintains the account. This ID is provided by Uniphore support. | |
Primary Contact Email | The email address of the user who manages the account. | |
Main Address | Contact details for the company. | |

Account Time Zone | The time zone according to which aggregated Flow data is displayed in X‑Platform Reports. The default time zone is UTC. NoteFor reporting purposes, Flow data is collected in the X‑Platform databases and aggregated into 24-hour periods according to UTC time. When users submit a request to display data or to run a custom report, the relevant 24-hour period in UTC time is automatically adjusted forward or backward to accommodate the time difference between UTC and the user-selected time zone. | |
Locale | The geographic locale defined for this account. This setting enables you to select a specific locale that will be used for time and date formats in X‑Platform Reports.

Organization ID | A unique identifier for the account. This identifier is appended to the URL used to access the X-Console, e.g., | |
Account Type | JAS or VIVR. | |
Created On | Date and time of account creation. |
Subscription Tab
The Subscription panel contains key configuration information for your current subscription.

The following information is maintained on the Subscription panel:
Setting | Description |

Organization ID | The unique identifier for the account. (Refer to the Details Tab for more information.) |
Services | Additional Uniphore services which are currently available for use by this account. |
Channel Types | Channel types preceded by a checkmark are currently in use by this account. You can update, create, run and distribute any Application which is associated with an available Channel type. To request availability of a Channel type, contact your Uniphore support team. |
DNIS Channel Types | DNIS Channel types preceded by a checkmark are currently available for use by this account. |
VPN Access | Indicates whether this account can be accessed via VPN. |
Max Number of Concurrent Agents | The upper limit of concurrent daily agent connections. |
License Expiration Date | The date by which the license needs to be renewed. |
License Type | Either Trial or Full. |
Connect to U-Self Serve Tab
The Connect to U-Self Serve panel displays key configuration parameters for integrating Uniphore's U-Self Serve product, which provides advanced artificial intelligence (AI) features.
