Opening Saved Interactions

You can view a previously-saved Interaction in one of the following ways:

  • Direct selection. Open the Interaction from the Saved Interactions list, as described below.

    Note

    The Saved Interactions list shows only Interactions that were saved by you. You can view Interactions that were saved by other users using the Search tool.

  • Using the Search tool. Select the saved Interaction from the list of Search results. The Interaction will be opened in a new tab.

By default, only Interactions that were saved during the last 90 days will be displayed. You can change the setting for this duration in the Client Settings tab of the relevant Agent application in the X-Console.

Using the Saved Interactions List
  1. Click Saved Interactions at the bottom of the Agent application. The Saved Interactions list is displayed.

  2. In the list, locate the desired saved instance and click the Run AgentApp-RunSaved_icon.png icon to its right. A confirmation popup appears.

  3. Click Yes. The Interaction will open in the same tab. By default, the instance opens on the page from which it was saved.

After a saved Interaction has been opened, it will no longer appear in the Saved Interactions list.
