Customer Connectivity: Overview

X-Designer provides multiple methods for a customer to connect with an Agent for assistance in real time:

  • Call Now: Enables a user to call an Agent.

  • Call Return: Enables a user to request a callback from an Agent.

  • Email: Enables a user to send an email to an Agent.
