Customer Connectivity: Overview
X-Designer provides multiple methods for a customer to connect with an Agent for assistance in real time:
Call Now: Enables a user to call an Agent.
Call Return: Enables a user to request a callback from an Agent.
Email: Enables a user to send an email to an Agent.
