Creating a New Page
A Page element adds a visual page to your Flow that is displayed to the user on their device, browser or in the call center. It can contain questions or selections that require user input, specific details or information relevant to the workflow (e.g., a list of available products), images, links and other components.

Page elements are only available for use in an Interaction Flow.
A Page must always contain at least one displayed component.
At the top left of the Flow Map, click the round Add Steps icon. The Add Steps Toolbox opens.
From the UI Elements group, select and drag the Page element to the desired location on the Flow Map. The Page Editor opens.
In the Page tab, enter the required new page details as described below.
Click or drag one or more elements that will be used on the new Page, as detailed in Adding Content to a Page.
When you are done, click Create Page. The Page is created and displayed on the Flow Map:
About the Page Tab
When you create a new Page, you need to provide the following information on the Page tab:

Area | Description/Notes |

General | Page Title - (Required) This title will be displayed to the user at the top of the current page during runtime. Page Name - (Required) This should be a unique variable that names the page on the Flow Map and in Flow references. The Page Name can contain only English letters, spaces and digits. If you do not enter a value, the Page Title is automatically parsed and used. |
Navigation | Show a 'Back' button when possible - Select the check box to display the back button on the page. |
Contact Us Button | These settings enable you to add customer assistance options (Call Now, Call Return, and Email) to a standalone button on the current page of your Flow. For more information, refer to Customer Connectivity: Overview. |
Breadcrumbs | Appear as link in the Interaction breadcrumbs - Select the check box to include the page in the breadcrumbs trail that is displayed at the top of the page as a user navigates through the Flow. If the breadcrumb trail is longer than the screen width, the trail is truncated. If selected, specify the Breadcrumb Label to display. |
Help Menu | Enable Help - Select the check box to display a Help link on the page. If selected, enter the Help Text to display. |
