Accessing the X-Designer
Getting started is easy with the X-Designer.
Opening the X-Designer
You can access the X-Designer in either of the following ways:
Use the direct URL: If you are a new user, open the email sent to you when you opened your account, and click the hyperlink provided for accessing the X-Designer. The X-Designer Log In page will be displayed in your web browser:
Enter the Account ID, User Name and Password that were provided to you and click Log in to access the X-Designer.
If your organization has configured the Auth0 authentication service for Uniphore, the Auth0 Log In page will be displayed immediately after entering a value in the Account ID field. Enter the user Email Address and Password on the Auth0 page and click Continue.
When a multi-factor authentication (MFA) mechanism has been enabled for your X‑Platform account, an additional dialog will be displayed. Scan the QR code using a supported MFA application on your device, enter the one-time MFA login token received, and click Verify to gain access to the X-Designer.
The Forgot password link enables you to initiate a request for a new password. After the request is generated, you will receive an email providing a link to a page where your password can be reset.
Use the shortcut in the X-Console: If you are logged into the X-Console, click Open Designer at the lower left side of the screen to open the X-Designer. You don't need to log in again.
Security Lockout: To protect your work and the integrity of your account, the X-Designer will lock a user Account when the number of unsuccessful login attempts exceeds a set limit. If notified that you are locked out, it may indicate an unauthorized attempt to access your account. To unlock your account, you will need the Account Admin to reset your password. For more information, see Security Lockouts.
Quitting the X-Designer
To end your web session, click on the burger 
icon at the left side of the top menu and select Log Out.
After you are logged out, the Log In page will be re-displayed.
