View Screen Recordings

The optional Screen Recording service from Uniphore is used to capture an agent's screen alongside the call audio and metadata. If you are a System Administrator and want to add or remove agents from screen recording, see the Manage Screen Recording topic for details.

To view Screen Recordings:

Viewing a call's screen recording is quite self explanatory, if a recorded call has a screen recording associated with it then the screen recording thumbnail will be present in the bottom right corner.

  1. Open the call with an associated screen recording by clicking on the > arrow to the right of the call in the results panel, this will open the properties panel on the right.

  2. Hover over the screen recording thumbnail in the bottom right of the properties panel and click the [ ] icon to enlarge the video player, this will open a popup where you can view the screen recording and control the playback using the media player.

  3. Use the Preview, Details, Annotations, Transcription, and Locks tabs in the pop up window as you would with any other call.
