U-Self Serve Virtual Agents (VA) - An Overview
In U-Self Serve, you can create and deploy a Virtual Agent (VA) to handle specific user requests over various channels (voice, text and chat) and provide human-like response.
In U-Self Serve:
You can deploy a VA in one or more channels.
You can deploy a VA in one or more languages that are supported by U-Self Serve.
A VA can have a collection of Intents and Entities in any of the languages mapped.
A VA is available for use at any time as both a Test and a Live Instance.
You can create, view and edit these VAs for your account using the U-Self Serve AI Model page.
About the U-Self Serve AI Model Page
Virtual Agents (VAs) are created and managed using the U-Self Serve AI Mode page in the Admin Console.

Item | Name | Description |

1 | Virtual Agents List | The AI Model page lists all VAs that exist in the account, along with their high-level details, such assigned languages, Line of Business, number of associated Intents, and current NLU version. The list is sorted by order of VA creation, with the most recently created VA at the bottom of the list. |
2 | Create Virtual Agent | Enables creation of a new VA for the account. |
3 | View a Virtual Agent | Click the name of a VA to access details about its settings and configuration. |
4 | Search VA List | Enables searching the list for any VA name that matches the text entered. |
