Remove Agent Workstations

To remove agent Workstations:

  • To remove an agent Workstation, and therefore stop screen recording for that Workstation, you need to edit the assignment in Ekisa:

    1. In the Ekisa ScreenLogger Management Studio on the Ekisa Server, click the Tree View tab, expand your lists, and then drag and drop your agent Workstation from the ScreenLoggerSystem > Agents list into the Unassigned list.

Note

Removing a Workstation will not delete recorded screen video, metadata, or associated log entries.
