Contact Processing Metrics
  1. Measure the time required to process each event of contact analysis life cycle by each service or functionality.

  2. Obtain the cumulative duration required to processes 'x' number of audio hours for overall processing and by each service or functionality.

The processing metrics are obtained by tracking the timestamp of each event by each service in the analysis process. By capturing start timestamp, end timestamps, service name, status, and reason (if there are any failures) of each event in the contact analysis cycle, can derive the following insights by leveraging the Grafana dashboards:

• Progressive Metrics

  • Contacts by Hourly

  • Contacts by Minute

  • Voice Contacts Duration by Hourly

  • Voice Contacts Duration by Minute

• Summaries

  • Completed Contacts

  • Completed Contacts Duration

  • Contacts Processing Time by Service

• Running vs Completed and Failed Contacts

• Failed Contacts Metrics

  • By Service, Reason
