Changing the Status of a Flow
A published Flow can be assigned either Draft or Approved status:
Draft. The Flow has been saved to the X‑Platform Server but is not yet accessible to X‑Platform clients.
Approved. The Flow has undergone an appropriate review process and is available for use by X‑Platform clients.
When a Designer publishes a Flow, it is usually assigned a Draft status and must be manually Approved by an Admin. (You can change this behavior from the General Settings page.) Only one version of a Flow can have Approved status at any time.
Approving a Flow
To Approve a Flow, you change its status using the Versions tab for that Flow. For details click here.
Reverting the Status of a Flow
To revert a Flow version from Approved to Draft status, select the new version of the Flow that will replace it using the Versions tab. The currently Approved version will be demoted to Draft status. For details click here.
