AI Configuration - Overview
For each AI Model, AI Configuration can be setup and managed using the AI Configuration page. You can configure the NLU Threshold and TTS settings for any Virtual Agent (VA) and Language combination.
To set up AI Configuration for an AI Model:
In the X-Console, from the U-Self Serve menu, select AI Model. The AI Model page appears.
From the list of available Virtual Agents, select the Virtual Agent for which the AI Configuration needs to be made.
Select the AI Configuration tile in the Virtual Agent. The AI Configuration page appears.
Select the Language to be configured.
Configure NLU Threshold.
Configure TTS Settings.
