Viewing Users
The User Management page allows an Administrator to view all the U-Assist users created via the Cloud Admin Portal or X‑Console, and map the Agents to the Supervisor.
Click Users & Profiles to view the All Users screen.
In the left pane, the Administrator can view the list of user roles along with the count. Based on the selection of user roles from the left pane, the user information including User Name, User ID, Role and Profile are displayed.
To view the specific user details, click Ellipsis (
) icon and select Edit option.
For a Supervisor role, along with User Details the Edit option allows an Administrator to map the Agent and Supervisor. For more details on Supervisor and Agent Mapping, click here.
Searching a User
An Administrator can search the users with their Name, User ID and Role.

Filtering Users
An Administrator can filter the users with their roles. Also, it is enabled to select multiple roles. The user information is filtered and displayed based on the selected roles.
