Verification Process

The following steps are used to verify proper configuration for Experience Portal.

To Verify Avaya Aura Experience Portal Configuration:
  1. Go to Real-time Monitoring from the left pane and select System Monitor.

  2. Click ExperiencePortal Details tab. The following screen is displayed:

  3. Ensure the Mode is online; State is Running, and Config is OK.

  4. Review the Alarms, if available.

To Verify VoIP Connection:
  1. Go to System Monitor from the left pane and select Real-time Monitoring.

  2. Click Port Distribution Details tab.

  3. Select All Servers from the Servers drop-down. The following Port Distribution Report is displayed.

  4. Ensure the State is In service.

To Verify Call to U-Self Serve:
  1. Call Avaya Aura based contact center that use U-Self Serve application.

  2. Ensure the greeting message is played.
