Verification Process
The following steps are used to verify proper configuration for Experience Portal.
To Verify Avaya Aura Experience Portal Configuration:
Go to Real-time Monitoring from the left pane and select System Monitor.
Click ExperiencePortal Details tab. The following screen is displayed:
Ensure the Mode is online; State is Running, and Config is OK.
Review the Alarms, if available.
To Verify VoIP Connection:
Go to System Monitor from the left pane and select Real-time Monitoring.
Click Port Distribution Details tab.
Select All Servers from the Servers drop-down. The following Port Distribution Report is displayed.
Ensure the State is In service.
To Verify Call to U-Self Serve:
Call Avaya Aura based contact center that use U-Self Serve application.
Ensure the greeting message is played.
