User Audit Logs
User Audit Logs help organizations to monitor data and keep track of potential security breaches or internal misuses of information. It helps to ensure users follow all documented protocols and assist in preventing and tracking down fraud. The user activity logs include all create, edit, and delete operations. The activities and timelines of a Business Analyst, Quality Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Agent, Administrator and Super User are captured and monitored that helps organizations to keep track of how and when the actions were performed which is useful for auditing purposes. User Audit Logs are available for a Client for every Organization and Category. Logs are available for user with role of Business Analyst, Quality Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Agent, Super User and Administrator. Logs are available for download as a CSV file by Administrator for selected criteria.
