Twilio Connector Integration with U-Self Serve
U-Self Serve allows Virtual Agents to deploy a Twilio based phone number. This helps U-Self Serve customers who does not have a telephony system. U-Self Serve customers having a legacy, non-standard telephony systems which do not support functionalities such as voice streaming for ASR support, voice streaming for response, standard VXML environment for call flow control can be benefited by the Twilio Integration. A standardized “Twilio connector” can be deployed to integrate with a U-Self Serve Virtual agent.
