U-Analyze fetches the transcript payload from the Kafka-topic “contact-transcripts“ and evaluates the Business Rules, Scores, and Sentiments based on the category configuration. All other relevant audio related properties are calculated from the transcript offsets (i.e., call duration) Reprocessing of this type of payload includes only re-evaluation of Business Rules, Scores, and Sentiments.
