The Topic Discovery Dashboard identifies and analyzes trending topics over a selected date range. It features agent key phrases, customer key phrases, and conversation drill-downs to provide detailed insights into specific topics and trends.

Description

Hot Topics

Lists the most discussed topics in conversations.

Note

Currently, Hot Topics will be shown for 72 hours only.

Topic Breakdown

Displays topic details based on Agent Key Phrases or Customer Key Phrases. Hover over a topic name to see the Total Conversation Count.

Topic Trends

Graphical representation of trending topics.

Viewing Key Phrases
  1. Right-click the desired topic in the Topic Breakdown.

  2. A small Explore window will appear.

  3. Select Agent Key Phrases or Customer Key Phrases.

  4. The Key Phrases will be displayed.

Note

Select the Table option to change the view to a tabular format.

  3. Select Conversations to see the list of conversations where the key phrase was used.
