Prerequisites
Prerequisites – UCCX Specific
The UCCX system has specific additional metadata fields which are configurable in the UCCX system and must be configured by your telephony engineer. For more details please see Cisco’s documentation here.
Prior to a Uniphore/UCCX installation taking place, you must provide a list of the database fields in the exact order that they appear in the UCCX database, in order for them to be available in U‑Capture.
Prerequisites – Uniphore Specific
In general, there are no additional U‑Capture system requirements specific to a Cisco UCCX integration.

Unlike other U‑Capture recording integrations, there are no customer configurable components so this topic only covers architecture, specifications, and requirements.
