Setting a Default VA Configuration

Using the Configuration page of a selected Virtual Agent (VA), you can assign default Intent Flows and messages for common scenarios:

  1. From X-Console, navigate to U-Self Serve in the left pane and select AI model from the drop down.

  2. In the AI Model, the available Virtual Agents are listed. Select the Virtual Agent for which the Configuration need to be made.

  3. From the selected VA, click the Configuration tile to access the default VA settings.

Each Virtual Agent can be configured as follows:

Scenario

Description

Greeting

Select the Flow to be triggered when a VA conversation begins.

Intent Fallback

Select the Flow to be triggered when the Intent of the user cannot be detected.

Slot Filling Fallback

Select the Flow to be triggered when a Slot value cannot be filled in by the Slot Resolver.

End Conversation Flow

Select the Flow to be triggered when the current VA conversation is completed logically by the user.

NLU No Response

Select the Flow to be triggered when no response is received from the NLU.

Language Not Supported

Enter the message to be displayed when an incorrect Language ID is used in a VA conversation. This is a mandatory setting.
