Set up Agent-transfer phone number/SIP URL for Twilio
In U-Self Serve, the agent transfer phone number or SIP URL are configured through Call Transfer Intent Configuration API. With this API you can create or update the parameters that are required to be mapped to any "Agent_Transfer" Intent type for a Virtual Agent. This data is used by Twilio in runtime to select the agent skill group to which the call needs to be transferred.
This API is grouped under Virtual Agent Controller in swagger. It is applicable when the transfer type is phone or SIP.
