Passing Agent ID in the URL
When the Agent ID is included in the access URL, the Agent Application will pass the designated Agent ID to the X‑Platform Server.
For example:
https://gointeract.io/agent-app/?accountId=12345678?appkey=9ad599-1b...49b3e22f&agentId=JohnhPassing an Agent ID enables the following capabilities:
Agents can search for Interactions that they have run recently.
Administrators can use the parameter for auditing purposes (e.g., finding out which Agents ran which Interactions).
When an Agent ID is passed in the URL, the Agent ID will also be displayed in the upper right corner of each page:
