New Customer On-Boarding Request on X-Platform

For onboarding a new customer on X-Platform a CloudOps ticket needs to be raised that must provide the details that follow:
Call type (mono/stereo)
The languages in scope
Total call duration/ volume per day
Contact and report processing completion time
The required digital channels apart from voice channel (i.e., chat and email)
The optional features that are required by the new customer must be provided in the ticket. The optional features that may be required are mentioned below:
Speaker Diarization
Sentiment Analytics
PCI and PII data redaction
Signal Analytics
Automatic language identification.
