How to upload and process Conversations?
It is important to upload a test set of conversations in order to be able to create Facts, because in U-Discover you need to test a Fact against this test set in order to be able to save it. Then, once you have your Facts and Scorecards ready, it is time to upload the batch of conversations in order to let U-Discover gain insights from it.
You must first upload conversations to U-Discover before processing them. Conversations can be uploaded using Create Conversation API. To upload a large batch of conversations we are using a basic script to invoke this API.
Next, you must process conversations, using the Process Batch Conversation API You can check the status of the processing using Fetch Conversation Status API.
Once the processing is done, you can then view the processed Facts and Scorecards on the Conversation Details page, and view aggregated analysis on the Dashboard (Analytics).
