Conversation reprocessing

While organizations continue to process calls in large numbers, the issues discussed in the calls varies and situations arise where the Facts and Scorecards need to be modified to address the new issues. When the Facts and Scorecards are modified, it becomes necessary to reprocess the previously processed calls to align to the new changes.

Use Reprocess API to re-evaluate an existing conversation with new or updated Facts and Scorecard.

When a conversation is reprocessed, only Facts and Scorecards are re-evaluated and not the entire pipeline.
