New Features

Context-Based ASR

Starting from this release, U-Self Serve supports context-based ASR to improve accuracy of transcription and Entity extraction in a turn-specific context.

U-Self Serve Flow Admin can now configure Context ASR by creating ASR Groups for a specific language. Large data sets having Bulk Entities and Custom Entities are uploaded as ASR Groups in a specific pattern, and then extracted to train the ASR model. At runtime, the U-Self Serve dialog manager provides the right context ASR Group name per turn, which is used by ASR to improve recognition.

Note

As of U-Self Serve Version 2023.2.2, Context ASR is available only for the Kannada-IN language.

Introducing Bulk Entity Management

Using and managing a Bulk Entity can provide faster recognition of Intents. Bulk Entity values are maintained in hierarchical lists that are extracted from ASR Groups. Instead of entering a long list of values manually through the UI, a Flow Admin can now upload Entity lists thus saving time and effort.

Performance and Scalability Improvement

U-Self Serve can now support up to 500 concurrent conversations on a single cluster.

U-Self Serve certified with Amazon Connect

U-Self Serve is now certified with Amazon Connect. Any organization that uses Amazon Connect inbound and/or outbound number for its end consumer facing support operations, can now integrate securely with U-Self Serve Virtual Assistant.

Avaya Aura Experience Portal and Cisco CVP Re-Certification

The re-certification process for Cisco CVP and Avaya Aura Experience Portal is completed. U-Self Serve can integrate with Avaya Aura Experience Portal and Cisco CVP to provide a seamless conversational experience to end users who call Avaya Aura/Cisco CVP based contact centers.
