Working with Entities - An Overview
From the Entities page, you can create, view and edit Entities used by the VA.
Select U-Self Serve from the left menu and select AI Model.
Click the name of the Virtual Agent for which you wish configure the Entity.
Click the Entities card. The current list of Entities available for the VA are displayed:
Item Number | Name | Description |

1 | Entity List | Displays the list of Entities available for the VA. The list contains:

2 | Create New Entity | Click to create a new Entity for the VA |
3 | View an Entity | Click the name of Entity to view more information about the Entity. |
4 | Search Entity List | When the Entity list is long, you can enter few letters of Entity name in the search box and find the Entity you wish to view. |
