Uniphore Voice Connector
Uniphore Voice Connector shortly called as UVC is a common connector created to integrate any telephony system with U-Self Serve Virtual Assistant. Currently, different customers use different telephony system which creates the need to have a specific connector for each telephony.
Why Uniphore Voice Connector?
The purpose of creating UVC is to have a single voice connector with which U-Self Serve VA can be connected to any telephony system.
Each telephony has a unique approach to voice streaming, streaming response generation, handling DTMF etc thus maintaining multiple connectors in different protocols is a time consuming process.
The reliability and quality of third party telephony systems for scale and concurrency will no longer affect U Self Serve's performance since we will have end to end control.
