U-Self Serve IVR connector can be integrated with Cisco Contact Center Voice Portal to control calls from the initiation till termination or transfer to live agent.
After integration, when a user call Cisco CVP supported call center number, the U-Self Serve IVR connector supports the following actions:
identify user Intent.
transfer calls to a skill group based on a specific Intent.
terminate the session when user disconnects the call or transferred to live agent.
