Troubleshooting

  1. Documents Not Appearing

    • Ensure that the upload job has completed successfully. Check the status to confirm.

  2. Entities Missing or Incorrect on Documents

    • If entities are missing or appear incorrectly, try the following steps:

      • Delete the document and re-upload it.

      • Alternatively, manually edit the entity as needed.

  3. Search Function Not Working

    • Check if there is a 500 error in the browser’s network tab.

    • If no errors are found, clear your browser cache and log back into X-Stream.
