Retention Period Configuration
For compliance with GDPR, system requires configurable retention period for any files, services or logs that may contain Personal Identifiable Information (PII). Retention period on these files/services/logs will be 30 days or less unless the PII data is required for standard application operation.
It helps to permanently delete the U-Assist logs based on the retention period. An Administrator has the privilege to set the retention period. By default, the retention period is set as 30 days. System automatically deletes the U-Assist logs older than the mentioned retention period at the scheduled time.
