Preference APIs
Use the preference APIs to manage your saved views for the U-Capture application Conversations > Recorded page, this can include determining what metadata columns to display and in what order, as well as setting a filter for the view to only show conversations matching specified criteria such as a specific date/time range. Preferences can be shared (available to everyone in your organization) or private (just for one user).
