Listen to Live Calls Introduction
U‑Capture Live Monitor is used to monitor and listen to live calls from your Uniphore recording system. If you have Live Monitor permissions, just click the Live Monitor tab in the menu at the top.
So what would you like to do? Listen to an agent, monitor a team, search for previous calls, or something else? Whatever it is, we have details to help.
If you want to find and replay historic (stored) calls, switch to U‑Capture Search and Replay – just click the Recorded tab. Check out the topic for more details.
