How do I test a Fact?
When you click Save & Test, the Test to Validate window appears, showing a list of conversations. You will find a search box to find a conversation from the list and filter is available for each title. Each conversation includes:
Conversation ID: Unique ID
Date: Uploaded date
Organization: Organization name
Click the > icon on the conversation to view Results and Transcripts. The Results section displays:
Type: Fact type
Query: Editable query
Note: By clicking on the Edit icon, you can edit the query.
Result: Outcome based on the Fact type (Example: True/False for Boolean)
Where Detected: Timestamp(s) of query results in the conversation
