How do I test a Fact?

When you click Save & Test, the Test to Validate window appears, showing a list of conversations. You will find a search box to find a conversation from the list and filter is available for each title. Each conversation includes:

  • Conversation ID: Unique ID

  • Date: Uploaded date

  • Organization: Organization name

Click the > icon on the conversation to view Results and Transcripts. The Results section displays:

  • Type: Fact type

  • Query: Editable query

Note: By clicking on the Edit icon, you can edit the query.

  • Result: Outcome based on the Fact type (Example: True/False for Boolean)

  • Where Detected: Timestamp(s) of query results in the conversation

    Click the timestamp to jump to that moment in the transcript and audio file.
