Uniphore Customer Portal

Navigate to Post Processing > Scorecard Designer

Click the Create button.

Enter the Scorecard Name.

Enter a Scorecard Description.

Select the Organization to assign the scorecard to. Multiple organizations can be selected if required.

Select the conversation Channel.

Select the Language.

Select the Direction of the conversation channel: Inbound, Outbound or both.

Enter the Passing Criteria. This field is optional and a percentage value.

Set the Score Range using the bar pointers.

Click Create. The draft scorecard will be available on the Scorecard Designer page.
