Getting started with U-Analyze Quality

Through Speech Analytics, U-Analyze Quality drives smarter and directed sampling of calls and auditing. The tool provides Quality Analyst an effective solution to monitor agent quality and performance. U-Analyze Quality will provide the following capabilities:
