GDPR Compliance
U-Self Serve is compliant with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and enables the Right to be Forgotten (RTBF) law. A configuration is available to remove customer specific historical data from the system. Data older than 30 days can be deleted automatically at a set frequency.
If the DATA_RETENTION_DAYS setting is used in the environment file, then data prior to retention days is automatically deleted.
