Flow in Regulation-Handler

  1. Consumes messages from the request_to_erase topic.

  2. Deletes or anonymizes data from different sources which are associated with the given crmId.

  3. updates the table request_to_erase with the deletion status and the count of records that are being deleted or anonymized.

  4. If the deletion process is completed successfully, updates the customerdetail table replacing name and crm_id with the UUID.

    The following locations of data storage are deleted or anonymized.

    PostgreSQL Tables: callvoiceattributes, callnonspeechmetadata, call_report tables.

    MongoDB Collections: Summaries, Keywords, Transcripts, Contact Analytics Audio Files
