Exotel is a cloud-based phone system that allows you to make or receive concurrent calls and SMSs from a Single business phone without any infrastructure.
Enterprises can set up a 1-800 number in Exotel so that when customers call this number they are connected to a Virtual Assistant. The Exotel connector is the component of U-Self Serve which connects the call from end customer and lands on the Exotel Cloud telephony infrastructure to U-Self Serve.
