Cisco CTI - CTI Server Config

Create or edit the CTIServer_CiscoCTI.ini file on the U‑Capture Collector to define the CTI server connections and the additional UCCE metadata.

[General]

The [General] section holds global settings that apply to the Uniphore and Cisco UCCE integration.

Attribute	Description
`RecorderAddress`	Defines the Collector IP address that the CTI Server should connect to. For multiple Collector connections, separate with a comma.
`CTIHeartbeatInterval`	Set to a specific time period (in seconds) to configure an interval for heartbeat messages coming from the UCCE CTI (in seconds). The minimum available value is `5` seconds. If not specified, defaults to `10`.

[EventLogging]

The [EventLogging] section contains configuration details to enable/disable event logs.

Attribute	Description
`DataLogEnabled`	Enable (`1`) or disable (`0`) the logging of Event data, if not specified the default value is `0` (disabled).
`TextLogEnabled`	Enable (`1`) or disable (`0`) the logging of Text data, if not specified the default value is `0` (disabled).
`MaxFilesSizeMB`	The maximum event log file size (in MB) before the file will wrap. If not specified the default value is `150`.

[UCCReader1]

The [UCCReader1] section configures the CTI server connection to retrieve call events.

Attribute	Description
`CTIAddressA`	The specific name or IP address of the UCCE Server, for example: `170.10.200.100`
`CTIPortA`	Set to the port number for communication between the Collector and the CTI Server, for example `42030`.
`CTIUsername`	The friendly name used to identify the Collector connection, authentication is not normally required, so this can be set to any sensible value for example `Uniphore`.
`IsSecure`	The flag indicating if the connection is secure (`true`) or unsecure (`false`), if not specified, defaults to `false`.
`IsUCCX`	The flag which defines the type of database used, if not specified, defaults to `false`.
`Protocol Version`	The version of the CTI Server protocol to use, should be configured to the highest version supported by the CTI Server and the telephony provider. If not specified, defaults to `13`.*
